Juice is one of my favorite ways to aid weight loss, however it can be tricky to figure out.

Make your juices yourself (i.e.

don’t buy sugary artificial juices) and make sure that there are more vegetables in the juice than fruit.

Sure, the sugar in fruit is good for you, but not in huge quantities like it is in juice!
